CellStor® Polyolefin Cell Culture Bags are used to expand and differentiate suspension cells (primary cells and cell lines).  Cell expansion bag’s unique design frame aids in batch and continuous culture. The needle-free port makes sampling much easier.

CellStor® Polyolefin Cell Culture Bags are for single-use and easy to handle. They are used for culturing suspension cells (non-adherent cells). They are used for cell growth, expansion, and differentiation (primary cells and cell lines). CellStor® Polyolefin Cell Culture Bags are custom-made for expansion and differentiation of cells individually in a variety of volumes. The film allows maximum gas exchange (O2 and CO2), making it suitable for cell growth in a confined environment.

Cell processing, expansion, and sampling are done in a system with integrated tubing and filters to maintain sample sterility. Endures liquid phase at -80°C. It can also be utilized for protein, DNA, and RNA separation/ isolation process (snap freezing). It works with rocking platform, which is small enough to fit within current CO2 incubators or any other system that maintains a temperature of about 37°C and CO2 content of about 5%.
