CellBios products are packed in Tyvek pouches for gamma irradiation to qualified sterilization facilities. Finished products are irradiated at a minimum dose of 25 kGy. The efficiency of the minimum dose of 25 kGy has been validated according to the ISO 11137 standards to obtain a 10-6 Sterility Assurance Level (SAL). The products are shipped to the Customers after irradiation with a certificate of release and a certificate of irradiation with irradiation doses.

We also have In-house Ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization for some of our heat sensitive products by three processes pre-conditioning, Sterilization and aeration.
