Our flagship CellStor FT Freeze-Thaw Bags, made of monolayer EVA, offer excellent cold storage properties down to -80°C and crucial oxygen barrier properties to protect cells from oxidative damage during freezing and thawing. Ideal for gentle cell preservation and maintaining viability in cell banks, they are also suitable for product storage, sampling, and filling. For advanced bioprocessing needs, CellStor FT bags are also available in multilayer EVA configurations, offering enhanced barrier properties and increased durability. Our single-layer and multilayer polyethylene-based films are ultra-pure, inert, and robust, with the outer layer made up of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) providing strength and flexibility, and the ultra-low-density polyethylene (ULDPE) fluid contact layer ensuring product purity with a very low leachable and extractable profile. These films are coextruded with a core layer of ethylene vinyl alcohol (EVOH), a highly effective oxygen barrier, preventing oxygen permeation and maintaining sterility.

Our bioprocessing products are customizable with a wide array of connectors and tubing sizes, allowing you to optimize your process flow and ensure seamless integration with existing equipment. Manufactured in ISO 7 cleanrooms, our EVA films are used in CellStor FT Freeze-Thaw Bags for storage of cell banks and final products, CSF514 films are used in CellStor 2D, 3D biocontainers for media preparation, product storage, and transportation, CytoRun 2D bioreactors for cell cultivation and seed expansion, specialized bags for microbead cell separation, and CSF214 films in CellLiner tank liners for mixing tanks ranging from small to large volume.
