CellStor® EVA Transfer bags are intended to be used for collection, processing, separation, and storage of blood and cellular components, etc.

CellStor^® EVA Transfer Bags are made of special grade high molecular weight EVA film.

EVA Transfer bags offers flexibility for various applications in different volumes ranging from 5 mL to 5 L. Traceability is assured by CellBios at every phase of the manufacturing process of CellStor EVA Transfer Bags. The Transfer Bags are validated to be stored up to -80°C.

CellStor® EVA Film for Transfer Bags

CellStor® EVA Transfer Bags are constructed of single-layer ﬁlm optimized for the protection of high-value biopharmaceuticals, blood & blood components, cell, gene and tissue therapy products & intermediates as well as in-process and ﬁnished products from the bioprocess industry.

Film materials are consistent throughout the product range and are of non-animal origin raw materials. Oﬀering outstanding biocompatibility, chemical compatibility, barrier, and strength properties. CellStor® ﬁlms meet the requirements of the most demanding blood component processing, bioprocess and CGT applications.

EVA bag has low water vapour transmission rates with excellent cold storage properties even at -80°C.

Biosimilars

The CellStor® EVA Transfer Bags are compatible for many of the steps involved in the Biosimilars production for pilot scale since it has excellent gas barrier properties. It gives an example for the process of transduction using vectors on production of biosimilars and to work with heat stable ﬁlms like heat shock process during transduction. This will be achieved by CellStor® EVA Bags since it has high melting point than heat shock process.
